samsung-everland-korea: Samsung Everland Ski + Golf | Korea
The 400 acre Shinwon site is part of the Samsung Everland development zone approximately 50 minutes from Seoul, Korea. The project site is located adjacent to Festival World Theme Park, Caribbean Bay Water Park and the Glenn Ross Golf Club. Various resort development alternatives were considered for the site, including a preferred plan that consists of a ski area, golf course, and over 600 development units .
IAD worked in collaboration with Sasaki Associates and Nicklaus golf design to develop a master plan and vision for the proposed ski and golf resort development.
