With planning roots in the Colorado resorts Vail and Beaver Creek, IAD has reviewed, planned and consulted international mountain and ski destinations for over twenty years. IAD works with the client and team to create a well balanced resort development that can be all encompassing or focused on individual mountain resort recreational amenities (skiing, mountain biking, golf, etc.); the base area and village developments; and/or the integrated resort residential areas.
