Bachelor Gulch is one of America's premier ski-in ski-out resort communities. Located at Beaver Creek Mountain Resort, nearly all of the homesites are slopeside on terrain that connects Arrowhead Village, Bachelor Gulch Village and Beaver Creek Village. Homes and mountain lodges in Bachelor Gulch are nestled among meadows, trails and forests and appear as an integral part of the landscape, while capturing expansive views to the Gore Range, Vail Mountain and Castle Peak. The architecture captures the spirit of national and state parks throughout the US and encourages structures to blend in harmony with nature.
While working with Vail Resorts, founding partner Mike Larson assisted the project team with land acquisition, conceptual land use planning and detailed trail design to help integrate this development into Beaver Creek Resort. These efforts helped set the foundation for what is now one of the Worlds most recognized and renowned ski-in ski-out developments.
