International Alpine Design was retained by a new resort ownership group to assist in creating a concept for five star ski and golf resort in Japan. Working in collaboration with WATG Architects, the conceptual master plan identified opportunities for ski area expansion and improvements, a golf course re-route, a ski and golf training academy, a new village core and approximately 1,200 new units in various high, medium and low density offerings.
