Description:
South Peak is a ski in-ski out residential development located at the base of Loon Mountain Ski Resort in Lincoln, New Hampshire. The project includes 45 riverside cabin lots, 40 slopeside custom homesite lots, 2 high density village areas and expanded ski terrain and lifts. IAD was retained by Boyne Resorts and Terramesa Resort Properties to provide a comprehensive landuse plan. From these plans, IAD identified beginner ski training expansion areas and performed detailed site planning for aspects of the residential development.
