Wilderness Ranch is a 2.000 acre site located surrounded by the Flattops wilderness near Gypsum, Colorado. With spectacular views to nearly all of Colorado’s mountain ranges, this lifestyle ranch is envisioned to include 13 ranchettes, an alpine club facility, snowcat and nordic skiing, snowmobiling, hunting, and fly fishing, as well as over 1,000 acres of open space. International Alpine Design was hired to perform comprehensive master planning for the ranch. This work included a variety of GIS site analysis including long-range viewshed studies, land use alternatives, project visualizations, detailed site planning, and implementation management and oversight for over 1 million dollars in water rights and site improvements.
