Tennessee Pass Nordic Center and Cookhouse (TPNC) is located in the Sawatch mountains just outside of Leadville Colorado. IAD was retained by TPNC to aid in a review of the current business operation and Forest Service Special Use Permit status. IAD has been working the Nordic Center to convert the current trails permit into a full resort permit in order to allow for overnight trailside yurts within the operating area. IAD has served as the project planner, Forest Service coordinator and NEPA mapping specialist on the project.
