Description:
Adventure Ridge is at the top of the Eagle Bahn Gondola on Vail Mountain in Colorado. It's an area where families can engage in non-skiing activities, during all seasons, on a variety of non-skiing activities. In the winter, there is a multi-lane tubing hill, rebound trampolines, ski biking and snowshoe tours, as well as kids snowmobiling at "Blizzard Speedway." In the summer, there are activities such as a climbing wall, rebound trampoline, disc golf, jeep tours and events. While working as the planning director for Vail Resorts, IAD's founding partner Mike Larson helped conceptualize and implement the vision for Adventure Ridge. IAD has continued to assist Vail Resorts in determining opportunities for expansion of the summer activities program.
