Dyer Mountain is proposed four season mountain resort located in Lassen County of northen California. The project is envisioned to include 2,500 acres of skiable terrain capable of handling 6,000 - 7,000 skiers per day. The overnight accommodations component of the resort is designed for up to 4,000 units.
International Alpine Design was retained by an interested investor in the project to provide strategic services focused on determining the ski area and real estate development opportunities and subsequent potential return on investment. IAD prepared several design alternatives, ski facility cost estimates, and worked with a team of economic researchers and advisors to determine a strategy for the development of the resort.
