Project: Copper Mountain Expert Witness Study

Copper Mountain in Colorado engaged International Alpine Design to assist in a defense case involving a ski in / ski out development parcel. The claim provided that Copper Mountain, through the installation of a tubing hill and new detachable lift, had blocked historic ski in / ski out access to a series of single family homes. Acting as an expert witness in the case, IAD studied historic and current conditions to provide a professional opinion for Intrawest in the case. It was determined as result of this study that the plantiff's claim was false and the case was dropped.
